South Beach Diet
The South Beach Diet was designed by Dr. Arthur Agatston. A cardiologist based in South Beach Florida, designed this diet for chronically overweight heart patients. The South Beach Diet is divided into three phases.
Phase one is the strictest phase that changes the way you think about and crave certain foods. You learn to actually shut down your cravings. The diet itself is based on the use of the Glycemic Index.
Phase two is more relaxed and adds more food types and varieties that were not allowed in phase one. The goal of phase two is to re-introduce certain foods in moderation.
Phase three is more of a maintenance phase. South Beach is a way of life not a fad diet.
South Beach Diet is not low-carb and you are not starving yourself. Everyone at one time or another has wanted to loose a few pounds, so what are you waiting for. Get on the South Beach Diet today and change your life like I did.
