I'm on the Perricone Diet!

The Perricone Diet is sweeping the country, and for good reason. Not only does it help you lose weight, but it also helps promote healty skin, overall health, and longevity. Dr. Perricone has written several books including The Perricone Promise and The Perricone Prescription. I have read The Perricone Promise. It is a great book.

You may have seen the Perricone Diet disscussed on the Oprah show, PBS, or other media. The Perricone Diet has been gaining in popularity because of its many benefits and because it allows you to eat great foods that you want to eat!

Most people try the Perricone Diet after reading one of the Dr.'s books: The Perricone Promise or The Perricone Prescription.
These books help you understand how the Perricone Diet can slow aging and promote good health. I have read the Perricone Promise, which helped me understand the Perricone Diet, and I would highly recommend it to anyone who wants to live a healthy and long life.

I have been on the Perricone Diet since November of 2004, and I have never felt better. I have been losing weight and my skin looks great. I have recommended the Perricone Diet to everyone I know.
